Connor & Stella

That was very fun! I had the opportunity to meet Connor and Stella last Tuesday for a photo session. It was less than 2 hours, and I think I was more exhausted than the kids. Well, the cool thing with my new friends, is that we got settled very quickly, and Stella wasn't shy with me after about 5 minutes. The ingredient? A doggie! And Connor, c'mon he's so natural that no matter how I took his picture, it always turn out nice. He can get very shy whenever I requested for him to say "Eeeee". You'll figure out why :)

Ok, this one is so inspired by Mothercare...

And this one for GAP??

Oh no! thats me! :P

So... these kids loves to hide in one of the kitchen cabinet... no, seriously, they do. Sabina said that when she's cooking, the kids will be in the drawer.

Awwwwww

I swear I didn't give any direction to him for this one. He saw me pointing the camera at him, and this naturally happens. Its soooo easy to take his photos!!

My favorite!

Stella is walking the dog! Eh, wait, thats not a real doggie...

This last image is special, because it was taken by Connor!

Nails gone BAD

Ok, just for fun:

Harista Girls

Amie... Laila... what a fun day! we went to the same studio as the one I took Kiky's photos a couple of blogs ago. This time, with more experience, we managed to have more pictures. And definitely, with the help of the two crazy girls, it was very fun! They went "wild"!

So here's Laila with her glamorous looks. She's almost ready for magazine agents to call her to be their cover girl.

Ohhh!! something funny, maybe you cant see hear it just by looking at the photos, but this Laila!!! haha everytime she's about to pose, she will count "..5, 6, 7, 8!" then each of these poses appears on her face! hehe.. then after the flash triggered, she will laugh and jump around....

Ok, next is Amie's turn. I bet she hadn't had enough sleep the night before, just thinking about her poses. gosh! she's natural!

don't you just love this one? I think she's ready with her CD cover. She just need to pick up some singing lesson, and record some songs.

Kiky!

Fishy

So i went a little further with this one; I had a (DIY) mini tank for the setup. Its very narrow (about 10 cm wide), and I had a flashgun pointing diagonally up from the left bottom corner, and with the help of some aluminium foil on the right. The background was a piece of white paper, was intended to produce overexposed background (by tilting it to reflect sunlight), but miscalculated the aperture value and probably the cloud, and thus this image. Exaggerated the darkness of the back, and added alot of vignetting effect.

Its alright, but not there yet. This particular picture was very hard to work with; The water was very dirty, and too many things flying around in the water that I needed to fix on photoshop. Next thing i'll need is a proper backdrop, and a sponge filter..

Ants bully

Wikipedia: Ants have colonised almost every landmass on Earth. The only places lacking indigenous ants are remote or inhospitable islands. Ants dominate most ecosystems, and form 15–20% of the terrestrial animal biomass.[5] Their success has been attributed to their social organisation, ability to modify their habitats, tap resources and defend themselves. Their long co-evolution with other species has led to mimetic, commensal, parasitic and mutualistic relationships.[6]

Nathalie

Days after days, finally we can see the sun. The sky was clear and blue. We've been wanting to have this trip to the park nearby our house, but hadn't had the chance because it's been raining every morning... sad.. (and i've been up early!! grr!) But anyways, today was great. We had soo much fun with Nathalie and her grannies; both were super excited.
