This was the result of the earthquake about 14 years ago.
Osaka at night. We were told that this is considered dim, as Japan has always been very concious about energy-saving. This picture was taken with 580ex pointed backwards onto the aluminium (and partly glass) wall behind the photographer. Fixed the noise with ninja.
